ONLY BOOK FOR YOUR SHOOT DATE. PICK UP AND DROP OFF BUFFERS ARE BUILT IN.

The client takes full responsibility for and expenses of proper transportation of rented materials to and from:

Collection and return times are scheduled between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day before the shoot and no later than 10:00 AM the following business day after the shoot. Same-day pick-up and return options are available also. Please note that Ripe Studios is closed on weekends. For weekend bookings, pickups are required on Friday afternoon and returns must be made by Monday morning.

Full rental fee must be paid in advance of collection of backdrop(s) and full compliance with the terms and conditions herein.

In the event of loss, theft or damage, the Client is liable for the replacement or damage fee, which is to be determined upon assessment of the backdrop in question.

Upon safe and timely return of the backdrop the security deposit will be fully refunded as quickly as possible.

Late return of backdrop(s) will be charged a full days rent fee for each day late. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

All rental drops remain the exclusive property of MCB Studio Backdrops.

If cancelled within 24 hours of rental period 50% of hire costs will be retained - this does not include the security deposit.​

Rental credit card payments are driven by Stripe. Paypal and Direct Deposit is also available.​​
